Jacques Soumeillan is a co-founder of Access Commerce and has been the CEO since 1986. Jacques oversees worldwide operations, supervises sales and manages the European Cameleon business unit. Prior to starting Access Commerce, he held executive sales responsibilities at Hewlett-Packard. He has an engineering degree from ENSEEIHT in France.
Kurt J. Haller
Executive Vice President and North America General Manager
Kurt Haller has managed North American operations since 2001. He is also responsible for global Alliances, Marketing and Business Development. Prior to joining Access Commerce, Kurt held executive positions in sales, business development, and consulting with SE Technologies, a manufacturing software consulting firm based in the USA. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Michigan State University.
Françoise Asparre

Françoise Asparre is a co-founder of Access Commerce and manages the services integration division for Europe. Prior to this, Françoise held high-end positions in sales at Rank Xerox and Hewlett-Packard. She is a renowned French Business School graduate.
Thibault de Bouville
CFO
Administrator
Thibault de Bouville has managed Access Commerce finances since 2000. He drives the company financial strategy and oversees the administrative and human resources departments. Thibault began his professional career at Arthur Andersen, and continued on to Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for auditing, due diligence and other strategic assignments regarding publicly traded companies. He has a PhD in Finance from the University of Paris IX-Dauphine.
Sylvie Rougé
Senior Vice President Product Marketing
Prior to joining Access Commerce in 1988, Sylvie Rougé began her career in industry, following her University education, with the design and development of sales assistance software. In the early 1990s she became responsible for the development of the Cameleon software suite. Today, Sylvie manages product marketing, including customer and market driven processes, to lead and coordinate the Cameleon solution design and direction.
