E-Commerce and Configurator Analyst Consultant

We’re looking for an E-Commerce and Configurator Analyst to lead customers through the analysis and re-design of complex multichannel selling and ordering processes. You will actively participate in team initiatives including product data modeling, management of Cameleon implementation projects, data analysis and process improvement.
 
Responsibilities will include:
  • Analysis of complex information flows and business needs to drive customer process improvements
  • Implementation of processes and software at customer sites (50+% travel)
  • Customer education on Access Commerce software and methodologies
  • Data modeling and light macro language programming
  • Solution testing and deployment assistance
  • Issue management and resolution
The ideal candidate is an intelligent and energetic consultant who is results oriented, takes initiative, and pays exceptional attention to detail.  Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be adept at managing multiple projects and priorities.
 
This position requires an understanding of how an enterprise interacts with customers to market, sell, engineer, manufacture, and deliver products. The ideal candidate has prior experience with e-commerce, CRM, PRM, ERP or sales configurator software.
 
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in a computer or engineering related field preferred
  • 3+ years experience in one or more of the following areas: data analysis, data quality, product configuration, order management or systems integration
  • 3+ years consulting industry experience
  • Manufacturing industry knowledge (APICS certification a plus)
  • Understanding of ERP and CRM applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
 
The ideal candidate is located in the Chicago area and must be authorized to work in the United States.
