Cameleon license sales grow 66% in 2007
Growth in the Cameleon activity was driven by sales of software licenses, which were up 66% for the full year on notably higher volumes. The number of deals signed increased significantly, especially in the service, distribution and telecommunications sectors.
These sectors now account for nearly 50% of all license sales, and are driving Access Commerce’s strategic growth.

New clients in new markets, in addition to the manufacturing sector.
New clients accounted for approximately 73% of revenue from sales of licenses of Cameleon software. Clients from new sectors for the Company – such as Apicil, Guilde des Lunettiers, Pages Jaunes and SFR – were joined by new manufacturing clients such as Air Liquide, CTB Inc., Legrand, Legris Industries and Tait Electronics Inc.
The Integration activity also had considerable success with Akena Verandas, Beneteau, Fountaine Pajot and the Aeroconseil Group, enabling it to reach its revenue objective for 2007.

Stronger fundamentals
The distribution of the Company’s revenues reflects the strength of license sales, which now represent 39% of total revenues, compared with 33% for maintenance and support, and 28% for education and implementation services.
Access Commerce also posted solid revenue growth in the United States. Sales increased by 63% in US dollars for the year, as the Company began to reap the rewards of a transition from a sales model based entirely on indirect sales toward one incorporating both indirect and direct sales.
In addition, several Cameleon deals were signed in 2007 that are expected to produce significant license revenue in the years to come.

Confirmation of the Company’s strategy
Jacques Soumeillan , President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Access Commerce, stated: “After getting off to a good start, 2007 ended on a highly favorable note. We signed several major accounts during the fourth quarter, including Air Liquide, the Genlyte Group (now Philips Electronics) and SFR. Together with Gartner’s very favorable evaluation of our product and service offering, these repeated successes confirm the relevance of Cameleon’s positioning in e-commerce and configurator software, and the growing interest shown by major accounts in these types of solutions. The Company’s successes were also a testament to the very strong innovation program we initiated in 2005, and which continues into 2008, with the launch of new, innovative products targeting large customers. Our strategic objective remains unchanged: to make Cameleon THE specialized software for the sale of complex offerings.”

Access Commerce is expected to report its net income on March 6, 2008.
